1. What are your hours of operation?

We will be open 7 days a week to serve your fitness needs. Our hours of operation are:

Monday to Thursday – 6 am to 9 pm

Friday – 6 am to 8 pm

Saturday and Sunday – 8 am to 4 pm

 

2. How do your memberships work?

We have a number of different options for memberships that include pre-paid and bi-weekly payments. Memberships are also available at senior, student, couple and family rates. A full list of our membership prices are listed on the website.

 

3. Do I have to pay extra for classes?

There are 25 FREE classes included in the cost of your membership. These will include classes like bootcamp, kick boxing, 20-20-20, body bar, yoga and more.

 

From time to time we may offer additional specialty classes or clinics on a fee bases. These classes are always optional on a first-come-first-serve basis.

 

Members will always be offered a reduced rate on fee classes and seminars.

 

4. Can I hire a personal trainer?

Absolutely! Personal trainers and strength training specialists are always a great way to build a program that can help you train to meet your fitness goals whether it is to increase your cardio level or run your first marathon.

 

We know everyone’s fitness needs are different so we have a number of trainers for you to choose from to ensure that FitZone can help you to reach your goals.
